Story Behind Our Brand

-

I started Twinkle Land because of two things I care about deeply: Design and Pets.

After studying at Art Center College of Design and Babson College—and being a pet owner myself—I poured my love for animals into my thesis projects. But while working on them, and during a pivotal moment in an emergency room, I noticed something missing: the lack of comforting, beautiful, and dignified ways for grieving pet owners to honor their companions.

"Two moments crystallized this:
While adopting my Domestic Shorthair kitten at Art Center, the two-month-old trembled uncontrollably after her spay surgery...

Later at Babson, we rushed to the ER at 3 AM for a minor wound. There, I saw owners huddled on the floor beside dogs receiving IV drips—surgical lights casting shadows on their trembling backs."

In those raw moments, I realized: the love we have for our pets can’t be measured by value.

So in 2022, I created Twinkle Land. We design gentle, meaningful memorials that help carry your grief—honoring bonds that never truly end. Because goodbyes should feel like warmth, not emptiness... and it’s okay if you’re not ready to say goodbye.

The stories between you and your furry angels mean more than words—not just to you and your family, but to all of us at Twinkle Land.

Our Hand Making Process

-

Every Twinkle Land urn is meticulously handcrafted and hand-painted by our artisans. For the POJU Textured series, micro-detailing challenges us with painting areas as small as 0.2cm wide—requiring four additional specialized steps to achieve these precise features. Our quality control is uncompromising: only one in six pieces passes inspection to be kiln-fired at 2400°F.

Because each piece demands such care, we limit quantities to guarantee availability for every pet parent seeking solace.
