Ordering Process
*On average, it takes about 1-5 days to ship it out, depending on how long each step takes to confirm.
STEP 1: You will receive an order confirmation via email or text. Within 24 business hours, a dedicated memorial consultant will personally reach out to you to begin the customization process.
Our consultant will gently guide you through confirming the essential details.
STEP 2: Once all details are confirmed and locked in, we will formally begin the process of engraving your pet's name.
STEP 3: Upon finishing engraving, your item will be lovingly wrapped and placed in our signature luxury presentation box, and securely packaged for its journey. You will receive a tracking notification the moment it is dispatched, so you can follow its path as it arrives home to you.
How should I take care of the urn?
For Textured Pet urns: Gently squeeze out excess water from a clean sponge first,and than lightly tap the surface, please don’t rub.
For Smooth Surface Pet Urns: Clean with a microfiber cloth.
To maintain its elegance and durability, position the urn in a dry location, away from direct sunlight and water contact.

Every POJU pet urn is crafted from durable slip-cast porcelain, ensuring both strength and elegance.
For the POJU Textured series, micro-detailing challenges us with painting areas as small as 0.2cm wide, requiring four additional specialized steps to achieve these precise features. Our quality control is uncompromising: only one in six pieces passes inspection to be kiln-fired at 2400°F.
Because each piece demands such care, we limit quantities to guarantee availability for every pet parent seeking solace.

For contiguous U.S. Customers: Enjoy free shipping on all orders, with a delivery time of 2-4 business days. Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
For International Customers: Your order will typically take 3-4 business days to arrive at your local customs office. Please note that any additional customs clearance times are beyond our control and will depend on your country's regulations. We appreciate your patience.
