Crafting and Gluing Tips
We pay extra attention to our handmade pet urns. However, due to the nature of ceramic firing, glazing, and the handmade process, there may be imperfections such as black spots, bubbles, color variations, or imperfect hand-painted details. The production process is complex, and on average, it takes us about six pieces to produce one that meets our standards. Please trust that each pet urn is unique, just like our beloved pets. If you are concerned about these imperfections, we kindly ask you not to purchase. We hope you find the most heartwarming little home for them.
To apply glue: apply a small amount to the twinkle star and attach it to the pet urn rooftop. Hold still for 5-10 minutes for the joint to dry. Time may vary based on the glue. Once stable, let it harden for 24 hours.
For permanent sealing of the pet urn, follow the same adhesive and process as when affixing the twinkle star.

*Due to shipping and customs restrictions, we are unable to provide glue. However, any adhesive for ceramic surfaces will be effective. Available online, hardware stores, and other local retailers.
Ordering Process
*On average, it takes about 1-5 days to ship it out, depending on how long each step takes to confirm.
STEP 1: You will receive an order confirmation via email or text. Within 24 business hours, a dedicated memorial consultant will personally reach out to you to begin the customization process.
Our consultant will gently guide you through confirming the essential details.
STEP 2: Once all details are confirmed and locked in, we will formally begin the process of engraving your pet's name.
STEP 3: Upon finishing engraving, your item will be lovingly wrapped and placed in our signature luxury presentation box, and securely packaged for its journey. You will receive a tracking notification the moment it is dispatched, so you can follow its path as it arrives home to you.

We offer FREE 2-4 day standard shipping within the US & Complimentary shipping for our international orders.
Please note that any international duties or fees are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return & Exchange
All sales are final. Due to each memorial vessel is hand-painted and personally engraved for your beloved companion, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once customization is completed.
