All sales are final. Due to each memorial vessel is hand-painted and personally engraved for your beloved companion, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once customization is completed.

Craftsmanship and Gluing Tips
Our Craftsmanship
We pay extra attention to our handmade pet urns. However, due to the nature of ceramic firing, glazing, and the handmade process, there may be imperfections such as black spots, bubbles, color variations, or imperfect hand-painted details. The production process is complex, and on average, it takes us about six pieces to produce one that meets our standards. Please trust that each pet urn is unique, just like our beloved pets. If you are concerned about these imperfections, we kindly ask you not to purchase. We hope you find the most heartwarming little home for them.
To apply glue:
Apply a small amount to the twinkle star and attach it to the pet urn rooftop. Hold still for 5-10 minutes for the joint to dry. Time may vary based on the glue. Once stable, let it harden for 24 hours.
For permanent sealing of the pet urn, follow the same adhesive and process as when affixing the twinkle star.

The Customization Process
STEP 1: Your personal memorial consultant will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details.
To ensure a smooth process and create a perfect tribute for you and your furry baby, please reply to confirm the details via email or text. We will not begin the engraving process until we receive your confirmation.
*On average, it takes about 1-5 days to ship it out, depending on how long each step takes to confirm.
STEP 2: After you confirm the details, we will begin the engraving process.
Every engraving result meets our strict standards before preparing for shipment.
STEP 3: Your furry angel's resting place will be carefully prepared and wrapped for its journey.
Upon finishing engraving, your item will be lovingly wrapped and placed in our signature luxury presentation box, and securely packaged for its journey.
You will receive a tracking notification the moment it is dispatched, so you can follow its path as it arrives home to you.

For Textured Pet urns: Gently squeeze out excess water from a clean sponge first,and than lightly tap the surface, please don’t rub.
For Smooth Surface Pet Urns: Clean with a microfiber cloth.
To maintain its elegance and durability, position the urn in a dry location, away from direct sunlight and water contact.

For the POJU Textured series, micro-detailing challenges us with painting areas as small as 0.2cm wide, requiring four additional specialized steps to achieve these precise features. Our quality control is uncompromising: only one in six pieces passes inspection to be kiln-fired at 2400°F.
